We will endeavour to dispatch your goods on the same day your order is placed if it is received before 6am (Mon-Fri).
If your order is received over a weekend it will be dispatched on Monday. We deliver only within the United Kingdom. International deliveries are not available at this time
DELIVERY SERVICES
Standard Delivery
We offer free postage on all orders, regardless of the total price!
However, please note that surcharges may apply at the checkout process for certain Non-Mainland areas such as the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, and the Scottish Highlands. If a surcharge applies to your order, it will be clearly displayed at the checkout so you can make an informed decision before completing your purchase.
Express Delivery
Need an item fast? No problem. We offer Express Next Day Delivery as an option on all of our products for a flat fee of £3.99.
When an order is placed before 6am Mon-Thu, your order should be with you the following day. Orders placed on Friday before 6am are likely to be delivered from Monday onwards.
Please be aware that we cannot guarantee delivery dates as the delivery itself is performed by a third-party courier. Whilst delivery failures can happen due to misrouting, it is very unlikely.
We will always aim to dispatch with the fastest courier possible when Express Shipping is paid for.
ORDER TRACKING AND HISTORY
Tracking details for your order will be sent to the email address provided. They will also be uploaded against your purchase(s) and can be accessed via your account by visiting your order history on the site.
RETURNS:

In accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 14 days to return an item once you have received it. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return.
Once your return has been accepted, you have an additional 14 days to return the item to us. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging when you return it.
Please note that return postage is not covered unless otherwise stated in communications with us. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:
If you receive goods that are damaged, please inspect them carefully upon delivery. If the box is damaged beyond an acceptable state in transit and requires a signature, please sign the delivery as "damaged" and refuse the delivery, also prompt the courier to return it back to us, then, contact us as soon as possible via the Live Chat on our site (widget on the bottom right of the screen) or contact [email protected]
We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or a refund for the damaged goods. Please note that we may require photographic evidence of the damage in order to process your claim.
